Finally getting a string of nice training sessions put together again this past week. Lots of positives including another nice long run yeasterday. I ran from Howie's house back home and used part of the old railroad bed that is in the process of becoming a trail. I only wish it would've taken me a bit longer. With no football to speak of this weekend I'm really hoping to get a solid long run in again, shooting for 3+ hour or so and preferably on a trail system nearby.
Unfortunately I came home from Tac practice today to find out our water heater needs replaced. The plan is to have that picked up and installed tomorrow before I go to work.
