This has been one of my best weeks so far this season in terms of training. Monday was my tac team fit test, Tuesday was a 3.5 mile ez run, 26 miles on the bike with Howie on Wednesday and a relaxing trail 5k today at Jubilee. I'm planning on some repeat 800's in the morning for some speed work and maybe a very early group trail run at Jubilee on the upcoming race course. I'll finish it all up on Sunday with a nice road ride, maybe 30+ miles or so.
