I hate that damn thing actually, but given the outdoor slop and my schedule for the day, it seemed like the right thing to do. I followed it up with some core work and called it a day. The melt is really on outside and I'm hoping to get a nice run in tomorrow. I'll maybe try the park again, assuming it has melted enough.
After a few slip up days with the diet last week, I think my weight is back where it was. When I got down to 209# this early in the year I took it for granted and killed off some pizza. I think I'm "clean" again now. I'm itching to start riding my bike to work again. I may give it a go on Friday.
