My Morning Run So I snuck my run in today. It was a good one for me too! I ran my 27 minutes like I'd hoped and was feeling pretty good so I decided to go 28. At that point I still felt strong and decided to just go for 30 minutes. I finished and felt good doing it. I have one more run to get in this week. If it goes as well and I can get to 30 comfortably again then next week will be 33 minute runs.
I have to work at 2p-10p tonight. I hate that shift.
