Nothing to report really. I had a nice run on Monday at Bradley Park and hoping to get another one tonight after work. We'll see how much energy I have at the end of a "training day" at work. As long as I get a nice long run in this weekend, I'll be happy.
March 14th is my next date for my secret ops. Better put my thinking cap on for this one.

I ran at R.I.T. this morning and it was still frozen but it won't be for long ! It's going to suck for a while so don't waste your time going out there.
